Refund Policy

At MeepleVerse, we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable game experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to make our refund process fair and straightforward. 🗓️ Event Bookings Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event. Cancellations within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as your spot was reserved and resources were committed. 🎫 Memberships Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. We do not provide refunds for partially used periods. Annual memberships canceled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund, minus any discounts used. After 14 days, no refunds are issued. 🧁 Private Events & Parties Deposits for private events are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance. 🎲 Merchandise & Game Sales Unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. Opened, damaged, or used games are non-returnable, unless there is a verified manufacturer defect.
